Refunds and Cancellations - Training Courses

At Air Inspect Australia, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to cancel your enrolment or request a refund. Therefore, we have developed the following refund and cancellation policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. You have enrolled in a training course directly with Air Inspect Training.
2. You have not completed more than 50% of the course content.
3. You provide a valid reason for your refund request.
4. Your refund request is made within 7 days of your enrolment date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email contactus@airinspect.com.au with your enrolment details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of the request approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the enrolment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your enrolment in a training course, the following cancellation fees may apply:
1. If your cancellation request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund. No cancellation fee will apply.
2. If you cancel within 7 and 14 days before the course start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.
3. If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date or fail to attend the course, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee will apply.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrolment in a training course, please email contactus@airinspect.com.au with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your cancellation request and respond to you within 5 business days.

If a cancellation fee applies, we will deduct the fee from any refund that is due to you.

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to our cancellation fee policy:
1. If we cancel a course for any reason, no cancellation fee will apply and you will be entitled to a full refund.
2. If you are unable to attend a course due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refund and Cancellation Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to our refund and cancellation policy:
1. If you have completed more than 50% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in any fraudulent activity, you will not be eligible for a refund.
3. If you have enrolled in a course through a third-party platform, you will need to contact the platform directly for their refund and cancellation policy.

Credit Voucher Policy

If you are unable to attend a course you have registered for and you do not qualify for a refund under our refund policy or cancellation policy, we will issue you a credit voucher for the full course fee, which can be used towards the purchase of another course within 12 months from the date of issue.
